How should I go about returning an item in PLATÓNICA?

The easiest way to return a product is in our store at Carrera del Darro, 8. The items must be in perfect condition and with the corresponding ticket. Items that appear to be used cannot be returned.

If you cannot go to the store, you can request a home pickup. After verifying all the data, we will send a carrier to pick up your package in the next 24-48h (working days).

The return of an item will never be processed with the refund of the amount thereof, but the item will be exchanged for another or the formalization of a voucher for the purchase amount, to be exchanged at the time the customer deems appropriate.

¿What is the deadline to be able to make a return?

The term for any return is 1 month from the shipping confirmation email.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

Returns in PlatonicAs long as the causes are beyond the customer's control, they are free. If it is a product that arrives in poor condition at its destination, the return costs will be borne by the company. If it is for another matter unrelated to PlatonicThese expenses will be borne by the client.

Platonic  reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

Can I change my items?


BY SIZE OR COLOR, as long as it is the same amount, without the need for any additional payment.
FOR ANOTHER DIFFERENT ARTICLE, If the price thereof is higher, the difference must be paid. If the price is lower, a voucher will be issued with no expiration date for the aforementioned amount.
From home, if you request a return and make a new purchase online, the derived shipping costs will be borne by the customer. 


What is the deadline to make the change?

The deadline for any change is 1 month from the shipping confirmation email.
